Historic Hotel Alice is home to five quaint apartments that are truly unique and timeless, and have been apart of this grand building since its beginnings. Four of the rooms are singles and one a double. Double occupancy has been approved in the past on the single rooms.

There is a Security Deposit of $300.00 to rent, with a Rental Fee of $525.oo for the single and $700.00 for the double. Rent includes: Electricity, Water, Garbage, Internet, and Cable. There are NO kitchens, but a mini-fridge and microwave are accepted. One Year Lease on all rooms.
